Digitalisation governance for Rijkswaterstaat applications and platforms (RoDIV)

Summary

Rijkswaterstaat is procuring eight-year framework agreements for the management, maintenance, development and renewal of its applications and platforms, with a maximum total value of €1,294,800,000 excluding VAT. The three lots cover: (1) generic infrastructure and business services, including office automation, data-centre and network platforms, capped at €424,000,000; (2) specialist services for business-specific applications and operational systems supporting Rijkswaterstaat’s core activities, capped at €615,600,000; and (3) application lifecycle services and technical platform management, capped at €255,200,000. Innovation is included when connected to application and platform renewal; standalone innovation or research programmes are outside the scope.
