UTM Drone Flight Planning Tool

Summary

Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland is procuring a complete unmanned aircraft traffic management (UTM) drone flight-planning solution in one lot. The scope includes software licensing and SaaS hosting, implementation and configuration, mission-planning and approval workflows, aeronautical mapping and information, reporting and data retention, APIs, training, documentation, support, maintenance, and transition assistance. Services are scheduled to start on 31 May 2027; the initial term runs through 30 May 2029, with four optional two-year renewals, for a maximum term of ten years.
