Virtual desktop infrastructure licences (Omnissa Horizon)

Summary

Universitätsklinikum Frankfurt is procuring 12 months of Omnissa Horizon virtual desktop infrastructure subscription licences, manufacturer support and maintenance, from 19 September 2026 to 18 September 2027. The licences cover 2,500 concurrent sessions: 1,500 for production VDI and 1,000 for the emergency and failover environment, supplied as one 50-session core package and 245 add-on packages of 10 sessions each. The procurement also includes an on-demand contractor support allowance of up to 15 person-days for technical assistance, as well as reporting and licence accounting.
