Research and exploration of energy communities

Summary

Bizob, acting on behalf of the municipalities of Bergeijk, Bladel, Eersel, Oirschot and Reusel-De Mierden, is procuring an external exploration of energy communities (Phase 2). The one-off, results-based service is intended to be completed within 12 months of its planned start on 1 March 2027, with the final product targeted for mid-January 2028. Depending on the findings and each municipality’s decision, an optional Phase 3 may provide further support for developing and implementing energy initiatives and communities from 1 February 2028; its end date is not specified. The estimated contract value is EUR 580,000.
