Road inspections 2027–2030

Summary

The Municipality of Hoorn is procuring a single-lot framework agreement with one supplier for recurring inspections of municipal roads, streets and paths. The work covers global visual inspections of asphalt, concrete and paving-element surfaces, vehicle-based inspections of eligible asphalt roads, and small-maintenance inspections, with inspection data supplied digitally. The indicative road network comprises 20,656 road sections covering 3,604,258 m²; the framework has a maximum value of €188,000 excluding VAT, including options and extensions, over up to four years.
