Selection of a fund manager for the Land Acquisition Scheme for Housing Development

Summary

The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations is procuring fund management services for a scheme supporting municipal land acquisition for housing development. The fund manager will establish and operate a revolving credit fund, provide and manage loans to municipalities for acquiring residential development land in the early stages of projects, assess and manage risks, and recycle repayments through the fund. The procurement comprises one lot; the planned contract runs from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2042, with an option to extend once for up to 60 months.
