Summary

The Municipality of Hoeksche Waard is procuring spatial-planning and urban-development consultancy services under a framework agreement with one provider. Call-off assignments may include updating the municipal environmental vision, preparing and amending the area-wide environmental plan, translating programmes into the municipality’s digital planning system, participation processes, planning research, advice and responses to public submissions. The estimated spend is approximately €250,000 per year, with a maximum framework value of €1.5 million excluding VAT over an initial two-year term and up to two two-year extensions.
