Brokerage services for engaging self-employed professionals

Summary

Nictiz is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for brokerage services supporting the engagement of self-employed professionals. The contractor will handle contracting, administration, invoicing and payment, compliance and risk management, contract and case-file management, reporting, implementation and continuity; where needed, the service also includes payroll employment for professionals selected by Nictiz. The agreement covers one lot, has an initial two-year term with two possible one-year extensions, and is estimated at €14 million excluding VAT over a maximum of four years.
