Tomingroep B.V. is procuring a single e-HRM system and the related services under one contract, without lots. The scope includes supplying and implementing the system, payroll processing for approximately 1,120 employees, data and document migration, system integrations and data exchanges, technical management and updates, training, and helpdesk support. The system is intended for approximately 1,250 users. The estimated contract value is €660,000 excluding VAT, including implementation, for an initial term of three years and nine months with an option to extend once by one year; implementation is planned over nine months.
