Summary

GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland and the Zaanstreek-Waterland Safety Region are jointly procuring an integrated cleaning and facilities service for multiple locations, without dividing the contract into lots. The scope includes regular and periodic cleaning, window cleaning, floor maintenance, sanitary facilities and consumables, and specialist cleaning on request for the GGD, including heavily soiled homes or similar premises. The initial term is four years, with two possible one-year extensions; the estimated total value is approximately €3.9 million excluding VAT and the maximum contract value is €4.3 million excluding VAT over up to six years.
