Access control solution

Summary

The Municipality of Velsen is procuring a single, integrated access-control solution for its town hall at Dudokplein, including supply, implementation, maintenance and support. The scope includes replacing the access-control system, separating and partially replacing the burglary alarm system while reusing suitable components, integration with TOPdesk, new access cards or tags, visitor management and two intercoms. The contract covers approximately 700 users and is not divided into lots; its term is four years, with up to five two-year extensions, for a maximum of 14 years.
