Secure email and file sharing

Summary

Shared Service Centrum Ons is procuring a secure email and file-sharing service for itself and its seven partner organisations, covering 15 Microsoft 365 tenant environments. The service will support secure communications and sharing large files both within the partner network and with external parties, including secure access for recipients who do not use the service. The contract is initially for two years from 1 March 2027, with up to four two-year extensions, for a maximum term of ten years; the notice states a maximum estimated value of EUR 1,805,000.
