Supply and Maintenance of Street Sweepers

Summary

The Municipality of Utrecht is procuring approximately 21 fully emission-free electric street sweepers under three separate framework agreements, one supplier per lot, with a maximum term of four years. The lots cover compact sweepers for areas with axle-load restrictions (about 3 vehicles), medium-sized sweepers for shopping areas and narrow cycle paths (about 4), and large sweepers for intensive use over larger areas and distances (about 14). The contract also includes repair, maintenance, spare-parts supply, breakdown response, commissioning support and user training. The estimated combined value is €13.5 million excluding VAT, with a maximum framework value of €15 million excluding VAT.
