Taxi Services and Executive Transport

Summary

TU Delft is procuring services under two lots: regular taxi transport for up to eight passengers, including airport transfers, key collection trips and certain hospital journeys, and executive transport for university board members, directors and faculty leadership. The services are primarily in the Netherlands, with occasional executive trips to nearby border areas. The framework agreement is planned to run from 1 April 2027 for four years, with one optional two-year extension. Estimated six-year values are €360,000 excluding VAT for taxi services and €258,000 excluding VAT for executive transport; the respective maximum values are €700,000 and €620,000 excluding VAT.
