Dynamic purchasing system for innovation and advisory services

Summary

The Municipality of The Hague is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for specialist support and advisory services for innovation processes across its organization, with an estimated total value of €6 million. Assignments may cover different stages of innovation, including problem and trend analysis, strategic exploration, process facilitation and co-creation, concept development, project and programme management, monitoring and evaluation, as well as related events and training. The system also covers facilitation at the intersection of social and digital innovation, but excludes the development of digital products and tools and assignments primarily focused on research, customer journeys, service design or UX design.
