Sale of land at the Polderbloesem site

Summary

The Municipality of De Ronde Venen is selling the Polderbloesem site in Mijdrecht as a building plot for a single development comprising eight affordable, move-in-ready homes: four ground-floor homes for seniors and four upper-floor homes for first-time buyers. The project also includes 24 parking spaces and the landscaping and works needed to make the site ready for residential use. The homes are to include kitchens and sanitary facilities; the specified maximum sale prices are €420,000 for each 69 m² senior home and €345,000 for each 55 m² starter home, at the 1 January 2026 price level.
