Upgrade of Drinking-Water Treatment Plant Equipment in Menàrguens

Summary

The Municipality of Menàrguens is procuring works to upgrade the drinking-water treatment plant serving the town. The works include replacing three pressure filters—two sand filters and one activated-carbon filter—with three new glass-fibre-reinforced polyester filters, renewing the filter media and process pipes, partially replacing valves and solenoid valves, and adapting the control system while retaining the existing backwash air turbine and chlorinator.
