Summary

The University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), acting for Shared Care Noord, is procuring a central IT service management environment for the joint organisation that handles electronic patient record support. The contract covers supplying and configuring the environment, licences for approximately 110 administrators, and fully operational two-way integrations with UMCG’s TOPdesk and Treant’s and OZG’s Ultimo systems. The procurement is a single, unloted contract covering implementation as well as hosting, management, maintenance and support; the managed service is initially planned for 48 months, with four possible one-year extensions.
