Restoration of the pond and its surroundings in Monforte Gardens

Valencia’s Municipal Autonomous Organisation for Parks, Gardens and Urban Biodiversity is procuring a single, indivisible works contract to restore the pond and its surroundings in the historic Monforte Gardens. The works will recover the pond’s original layout and include archaeological excavations, restoration of heritage features, garden maintenance and improvements, installations, and a new maintenance-area access; opening new paths on the garden mound is excluded. The planned duration is four months, and the tender budget is €359,171.44 including VAT.
