Summary

CVO Rotterdam is seeking one contractor to supply user and professional IT hardware for its schools and organisational units. The products include laptops, desktop computers, servers, storage and networking equipment, peripherals and related items. Optional services may include installation, delivery ready for use, extended warranties and certified end-of-life handling of hardware. The buyer expects timely, high-quality delivery, appropriate support and attention to environmental impact and responsible supply chains, including energy use, product lifespan and repairability, reuse, packaging, and labour and human rights in the production chain. The estimated total contract value is EUR 12,140,000. The contract is expected to start on 1 January 2027, run initially until 31 December 2029, and may be extended up to three times for one year each. Historical expenditure was approximately EUR 1,294,000 including VAT in 2024 and EUR 2,448,000 including VAT in 2025; these figures do not guarantee future purchases. Quality accounts for 70% of the evaluation and price for 30%. The tender submission deadline is 23 November 2026 at 11:00.
