PIT training courses

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of ten preventive training courses under the municipality of Nijkerk’s PIT prevention and intervention team, for children, young people and parents or carers. The courses cover emotional regulation through psychomotor therapy, support for children of parents with mental-health problems, the transition from primary to secondary school, support for children affected by parental separation, young people’s self-esteem and relationships, positive parenting, and online psychoeducation on ADHD, autism, giftedness and gender identity. A provider may bid for one or more courses; bids are assessed separately and one provider is selected for each course. This is a framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027 and running until 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions. The maximum term is four years. The estimated total volume over the full possible term is 56 courses, with a maximum of 115; the municipality does not guarantee a minimum number of orders. Courses are delivered within the municipality of Nijkerk, and the usual group size is 6–12 participants. Bids are assessed on the best price-quality ratio: price accounts for 30% and quality for 70% of the score. For each course, bidders must submit a per-participant price, a separate quality plan and a reference demonstrating relevant experience. The bid submission deadline is 27 October 2026 at 10:00. For every course bid, the tenderer must have at least one comparable preventive training or intervention reference from the previous three years.
