Annex 07 – Declaration of no-Russian involvement

Summary

This tender requires the submission of Annex 07, a declaration of no-Russian involvement. The declarant confirms that neither the contracting organization nor its consortium members have Russian nationality and/or are located in Russia; that no entity is owned more than 50% by a Russian national; that the declarant and the organization do not act in the interest or on instructions of any Russian party; and that no subcontractors, suppliers or entities owning more than 10% of the contract value will be engaged in the execution. The bidder signs this declaration along with the authorized representative and it forms part of the tender documents.
