Addendum to Open House Jobcoaching Agreement

Summary

Open House Jobcoaching addendum to the agreement introduces two amendments: (1) for Article 24.7, an alternative to the G-rekening is the Tax Authority declaration concerning liability for payroll taxes and value-added tax in the engagement of personnel; (2) the reference in Article 25.2 must be Article 27 (Termination) instead of Article 26 (cancellation/notice).
