External occupational prevention and protection service

Summary

SNCB is procuring, in one lot, an external occupational prevention and protection service for its staff and subsidiaries, including health surveillance, medical and psychological examinations and certificates, risk management, formal psychosocial interventions, workplace visits and services across the seven statutory well-being domains. The service is expected to cover approximately 15,900 medical and psychological examinations per year and to operate nationwide in Dutch and French, with integration to the provider’s systems and SAP. The planned contract duration is eight years.
