Sports field maintenance for the municipality of Ermelo

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of natural and artificial-turf sports fields at three sports parks in the municipality of Ermelo, together with related landscaping, paving and drainage work. The scope includes regular, major and winter maintenance, irrigation-system maintenance, field marking, repair of playing damage, artificial-turf infill maintenance, vegetation and pavement maintenance, and drainage-pit maintenance. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 and may be extended three times for one year. The bidder must provide the required references, VCA, ISO 9001:2025 and Safety Culture Ladder Light level 3 certificates or equivalent evidence. The tender must include the ESPD, a business-register extract, pricing documents, reference forms and an approach plan of no more than seven pages. The award criteria are price at 40% and quality at 60%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 26 October 2026 at 15:30.
