Revitalisation of central energy supply and interior spaces at Krimpen Prison

Summary

The tender concerns the extensive renewal of the central energy supply and interior spaces at Krimpen Prison. The works include upgrading heat and cooling supply, main distribution boards, emergency power, lighting, ventilation and sanitary systems, and interior finishes across approximately 28,800 m². The facility must remain operational during the works and the contract duration is 42 months. The restricted procedure has two stages: up to 5 suitable applicants are selected first and then invited to submit tenders. Participation requires three specific reference projects, a VCA** or equivalent certificate, and properly completed procurement forms and evidence. The tender deadline is 1 March 2027 at 10:00.
