Electric forklifts including all-in maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with one supplier for the delivery of electric forklifts and 10 years of all-in maintenance. Deliveries will be made on call; the initial four-year term may be extended twice by 12 months, giving a maximum term of six years. The expected initial requirement is four forklifts. The supplier must be able to provide forklifts with lifting capacities of 2.5 and 3.5 tonnes and deliver maintenance, repairs, breakdown services and statutory inspections throughout the Netherlands. Tenders must be submitted by 30 October 2026 at 12:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: price 40% and quality 60%. Bidders must address, among other matters, reference experience, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, professional liability insurance of EUR 2,500,000, the European Single Procurement Document, the Russian involvement declaration and detailed technical, maintenance and sustainability requirements.
