Building maintenance of property-related buildings

Summary

This is a single-supplier framework agreement for corrective, scheduled and planned building maintenance of public-sector property in the Drechtsteden area for the municipalities of Dordrecht, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Papendrecht and Zwijndrecht. The initial term is two years, with up to two one-year extensions. The estimated total value, including the optional extensions, is approximately EUR 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The contractor will carry out building maintenance, including work arising from defects and planned maintenance needs, while coordinating activities across multiple municipal locations. The contract will be awarded solely on the basis of the lowest price. Offers must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 12:00, in Dutch, and must include the required declarations, price schedule and plan of approach.
