Renewal of the Geo-stack

Summary

The tender concerns the renewal of the Geo-stack for Data4OOV and the expansion of the Netherlands Institute for Public Safety’s geographic services with an integrated Geo-viewer and Registration app. The solution must combine a cloud-native PostGIS geodatabase, GeoServer map server, cloud-based Geo-viewer, and web, iOS and Android registration applications. The estimated scope is EUR 150,000–200,000 excluding VAT per year, with a planned term from 2027 to 2036 and two possible three-year extensions. Important operational requirements include 99.98% availability, 5–10 TB storage, Dutch hosting, multi-factor authentication, ISO/IEC 27001-related security controls, encryption, independent security testing, implementation, migration, documentation and training for approximately five functional administrators.
