Integrated management and maintenance of the property portfolio including a framework agreement for multi-year maintenance-plan works for Lowys Porquinstichting

Summary

The tender covers the integrated management and maintenance of Lowys Porquinstichting’s property portfolio of 36 school and childcare locations, with approximately 45,000 m² of gross floor area. One contractor will receive two linked contracts: a four-year performance- and price-based maintenance services contract and a four-year framework agreement for maintenance-plan works; the services contract may be extended twice by 12 months.
