Wellbeing Support Team

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and development of an integrated wellbeing support team for the Municipality of Loon op Zand. One provider must deliver preventive and low-threshold support across the social domain, including child and youth work, school social work, social work, community development, client support, volunteering and social cohesion, as well as support relating to mental and physical health, families, safety, older people and carers. The service must be accessible, preventive, community-based and integrated, with cooperation involving schools, general practitioners, the local support team and other partners. The annual task-based budget is EUR 1,666,000 excluding VAT. The contract starts on 1 January 2028, has an initial term of four years and may be extended twice by three years by written agreement, for a maximum total duration of ten years. Applications must be submitted digitally in Dutch by 30 October 2026 at 12:00. The procedure consists of a selection phase followed by an award phase; normally no more than five candidates will be selected. In the award phase, the contract will be assessed on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the best price-quality ratio.
