Postal and parcel delivery services

Summary

The procurement covers the collection and delivery of standard postal items, parcels, addressed mailings, non-urgent door-to-door deliveries and return items arising from those services. The service includes daily weekday collection, franking, handling of tracked parcels and registered mail, processing of returns and management reporting. The procurement is reserved for social enterprises or protected employment programmes employing at least 30% disabled or disadvantaged workers. The bidder must submit the required forms, the European Single Procurement Document, a trade-register extract no more than six months old, one compliant reference, quality documents and pricing documents by 27 October 2026 at 13:00. The contract will initially run for two years, with two possible one-year extensions.
