Summary

The tender covers framework agreements for external legal advisory and legal services for HDSR, with one contractor appointed for each of three lots. Lot 1 concerns integrated legal services, Lot 2 employment law, and Lot 3 water-authority-related legal fields. A tenderer may bid for one, several or all lots. The intended framework-agreement period runs from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2029, with two unilateral one-year extension options. The maximum total value is EUR 2,580,000 excluding VAT: EUR 1,650,000 for Lot 1, EUR 225,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 705,000 for Lot 3. Bids must be submitted electronically by 28 October 2026 at 10:00. Tenderers must submit the price form, quality responses, the European Single Procurement Document, the Russian-sanctions declaration and the required references, and must meet the tender-document, privacy, information-security, social-responsibility and service-delivery requirements.
