Koesteeg Development and Delivery (Phase 1)

Summary

This is a development and delivery procedure for sale of plot 1 at the Koesteeg site in Borger. The developer must design and build at least 43 homes: 8 back-to-back homes, 6 social-rental homes, 16 apartments, 8 patio homes, 3 terraced homes and 2 semi-detached homes. Construction must start within 12–18 months after transfer of the land, taking account of 70% of the homes being sold. The maximum sale price is EUR 355,000 for the terraced homes and EUR 275,000 for the back-to-back homes; these prices include all options and additional requirements. All patio homes and apartments must be suitable for occupation throughout the occupants’ lives, and the apartment building in cluster M must be delivered as energy-neutral. The purchase price for the plot is EUR 2,150,000 excluding VAT. The deadline for participation requests is 21 October 2026 at 10:00. The required forms, references, trade register extract and, where applicable, power of attorney must be submitted.
