Breathing apparatus and helmets

Summary

The tender covers the supply of firefighters’ breathing apparatus and helmets, related accessories and spare parts, implementation and commissioning support, annual inspections and maintenance. A framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor, initially from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2031, with the option to extend it three times by 24 months until 1 January 2037. The estimated value is EUR 3,170,000. All 66 fire stations must be equipped with the new equipment by 1 August 2027. The bidder must meet extensive technical, standards-compliance, warranty, maintenance, training and information-security requirements and submit the tender by 29 October 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 20% and practical tests for a total of 80% of the evaluation.
