Battery-Powered Green Maintenance Equipment

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with one supplier for professional battery-powered green maintenance equipment. The supply includes brush cutters, weed trimmers, handheld and backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, pole hedge trimmers, power hoes, pole saws, chainsaws, cut-off saws and lawn mowers, together with a uniform interchangeable battery system, chargers, accessories, spare parts and consumables. The scope also covers leasing and short leasing, maintenance, repairs, inspections, logistics, advice and user training. The initial framework term is 2 years from 1 January 2027, with two possible 2-year extensions; the maximum term is 6 years. The estimated value is EUR 175,000 per year and EUR 1,050,000 over the maximum term, excluding VAT. The maximum value including a 15% margin is EUR 1,207,500. The submission must include, among other items, the signed European Single Procurement Document, an offer letter, professional or commercial register evidence, references, a product information sheet, the price schedule and the required action plans. Price carries 40%, sustainable use 40% and efficient management 20%; each quality criterion must achieve at least 60 out of 100 points. The fictitious annual bid price may not exceed EUR 175,000 excluding VAT.
