Maintenance of sports parks in Tiel

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated maintenance of six sports parks in the municipality of Tiel for Avri. The works cover natural and artificial grass pitches, landscaping, paths and other paved areas, as well as specialist sports-field activities such as mowing, fertilising, aeration, drainage maintenance, levelling, overseeding, irrigation, artificial-turf brushing and infill maintenance. The work will be delivered under a framework agreement at six locations in Tiel and Wadenoijen. The planned framework-agreement start date is 1 January 2027. The initial term is two years, ending on 31 December 2028, with two optional two-year extensions at the contracting authority's discretion. The maximum term is six years, ending no later than 31 December 2032. The framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor, and the contracting authority gives no guarantee regarding the actual quantities ordered. Tenders must be submitted in Dutch through TenderNed no later than 29 October 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60 points and the plan of approach 40 points. The plan must address sustainable and chemical-free maintenance, communication and cooperation, and advisory and technical expertise. Tenderers must also meet the insurance, reference, VCA, nature-protection, safety and compliance requirements set out in the tender documents.
