Phased remediation of Blekerijweg 4 and 4-1 in IJsselmuiden, phase II: Koekoekspolder seepage area
Summary
The tender concerns the phased remediation of soil and groundwater around Blekerijweg 4 and 4-1 in IJsselmuiden, in the Koekoekspolder seepage area. The contractor must design, install, operate, monitor and maintain an in-situ remediation system to reduce concentrations of, among other substances, cis-1,2-dichloroethene and vinyl chloride in the groundwater. The works include stimulated biological degradation, including dosing of a carbon source and bacteria, monitoring, process control and reporting of remediation results. This is a single-lot open procedure, and bids must be submitted electronically by 24 November 2026 at 13:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio. In addition to price, the authority will assess the cooperation and communication approach and the risk dossier. Bids must remain valid for 120 days and variants are not allowed. The planned contract period is 45 months; the contract provides for up to six additional remediation cycles and other possible optional works. Bidders must also take account of the 1% Social Return obligation and the basic requirements for clean and emission-free construction.
