Subsidy processing for insulation measures in Beverwijk, Heemskerk and Velsen

Summary

The tender concerns a single integrated service for processing insulation-measure subsidies under the National Insulation Programme for Beverwijk, Heemskerk and Velsen. The contractor must provide and operate one accessible digital application platform, support residents and homeowners’ associations, assess applications, administer and pay subsidies, manage a third-party funds account, provide customer service, reporting and data transfers, and arrange pre-financing for financially vulnerable households.
