Managed ICT infrastructure and associated management services
Summary
The tender concerns a managed ICT infrastructure service for Gemeente Midden-Delfland. The supplier must deliver, implement, migrate and manage private and public IaaS infrastructure, cloud services, hardware, software licences, networks, databases, backup, modern workplace services, technical and application management, service desk, security monitoring and transition from the current provider. The service is intended to be delivered mainly from the supplier's data centres and remotely, with production and disaster-recovery locations. The contract is planned for an initial five-year term, with up to five optional one-year extensions, and will be awarded to one supplier. This is a restricted procedure: up to five candidates will be invited to submit a tender. Participation requests must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 12:00. Selection is based on proven migration and management experience; the subsequent award stage uses price and quality, weighted 30% and 70% respectively. The supplier should be prepared to provide the required declarations, registry extract, insurance evidence, quality and information-security certificates, Russian-involvement declaration, and detailed reference projects. Dutch-language communication and documentation are required throughout the contract.
