Storage and Moving Services

Summary

The tender concerns storage, regular moving and project-based moving services for the Municipality of Groningen. One supplier will be selected under a framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027 for an initial 24 months, with up to two 12-month extensions and a final end date of 31 December 2030. The estimated value during the initial term is EUR 400,000 excluding VAT, while the maximum total framework value including extensions is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT. The supplier must provide suitable storage facilities, secure and traceable digital storage administration, moving equipment, transport and moving staff, reporting and customer support. Regular moves are generally due within 10 working days, while urgent moves must be completed within 24 hours. The supplier must also support project moves, ICT equipment moves, art transport where requested, handyman services and quarterly reporting. At least 5% of the contract value excluding VAT must be allocated to social return. The tender deadline is 19 October 2026 at 12:00.
