Maintenance of lift installations and inspections under the Machinery Directive 2027–2029

Summary

The tender covers a framework agreement for lift installation maintenance and inspections required under the Machinery Directive, including preventive and statutory maintenance, lift inspections, maintenance and testing of emergency communication systems, corrective maintenance after complaints or faults, and planned life-extending maintenance. The agreement is for one year from 1 January 2027, with up to two one-year extensions based on performance evaluation. Its maximum value is EUR 250,000 excluding VAT over the full possible term, but the contracting authority is not obliged to order any minimum volume. The contract is not divided into lots and submissions must be made electronically via Mercell.
