Framework agreement for sports fields

Summary

The framework agreement covers general and specialist maintenance of sports fields and related works in the municipality of Weert. The initial term is four years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with one possible five-year extension until 31 December 2035. The estimated value is EUR 1,845,000 excluding VAT for the initial term, EUR 4,200,000 excluding VAT for the maximum term, and the maximum contract value is EUR 5,400,000 excluding VAT. The contractor will maintain grass and semi-hard sports surfaces, including mowing, seeding, fertilising, aeration, drainage maintenance, pest control, specialist topsoil works, material supply and waste removal. The bid must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 12:00. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: 40% price and 60% quality, including the action plan, interview and CO2 performance level. A minimum Social Return obligation of 5% of the actually ordered and invoiced turnover excluding VAT applies during contract performance.
