Westergouwe area development – Development of building plot 14B/C3

Summary

The Municipality of Gouda is seeking a developer for the development of building plot 14B/C3 in the Westergouwe area on the western edge of Gouda. The works concern housing construction, residential project development and the rental or sale of land, with an expected duration of 24 months. This is a restricted, two-stage procedure: three candidates will be invited to the second stage. Quality and price each carry a 50% weighting. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Variants are not permitted, electronic invoicing is required and subcontracting is not mandatory.
