Framework agreement for routine maintenance of civil structures 2027–2028

Summary

Gemeente Gouda is seeking a framework agreement partner for the routine maintenance of civil structures in the Gouda area in 2027–2028. The work includes, among other things, cleaning, repairing and coating bridges, tunnels, culverts, embankments and other structures, including the restoration of joints, concrete, masonry, timber and steel. It also includes traffic management, work and environmental plans, handling reports and damage, culvert surveys, and the submission of reports and photographs. Work will be ordered through separate work orders. The initial framework term is 24 months from 1 January 2027, with the possibility of up to two one-year extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must account for a 2% social return obligation, low-emission equipment, traffic safety, environmental protection and certified materials.
