Fibre-optic connectivity services

Summary

The tender concerns the construction, supply, management and maintenance of a fully managed fibre-optic infrastructure for all current and future locations of Stichting Vonk. The scope includes building connections, migrating existing connections, testing and commissioning, as well as providing a managed fibre-optic connection with a capacity of at least 1–10 Gbit/s, monitoring, fault handling and service support. The service will cover 13 current locations, with the possibility of changing the number of locations and capacity without tariff consequences. Optional extensions include additional bandwidth, extra locations and additional network services. The estimated value is EUR 2,800,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 13:00 and must remain valid for 90 days.
