Summary

The tender covers the production and supply of printed materials for the entire Zuyd Hogeschool organisation, including stock management, desktop publishing and logistics services. It is divided into three lots: 1) stationery and commercial print, 2) security paper for diplomas and certificates, and 3) production and secure distribution of tests. Bidders may submit tenders for all lots. The framework agreements start on 1 April 2027, have an initial term of 48 months and may be extended twice by 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 26 October 2026. Price accounts for 30% and quality for 70% of the evaluation.
