Supply of personalised support vouchers to the Béthune Municipal Social Action Centre

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of personalised support vouchers (CAP) for beneficiaries of the Béthune Municipal Social Action Centre (CCAS). The work includes issuing, producing, personalising, securing, packaging, tracking and delivering the vouchers, as well as managing orders, tracking the vouchers, handling returns and unused vouchers, and providing the required information. The framework agreement will be performed through purchase orders at unit prices; its estimated total value is EUR 800,000, including extension periods. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 December 2026 and may be renewed up to three times under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Tenders will be assessed on technical merit (65%), environmental performance (5%) and price (30%). Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 30 October 2026. Contract performance includes environmental requirements, and electronic invoicing is required.
