Framework agreement for maintenance of paved surfaces 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers five framework agreements for the Municipality of Utrecht for maintenance of paved surfaces in Utrecht during 2027–2030. The works include removing and installing paving, light earthworks, adjustment of stormwater drainage structures, replacement of house connections, trial trenches for tree roots, installing or relocating street furniture, and traffic management. Small reconstruction or redevelopment works for squares or streets up to EUR 200,000 may also be included where at least 75% of the value consists of framework-agreement work items; the total value of such works is limited to EUR 500,000 per contract year and area. The initial framework term is 2 years, with two possible one-year extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically through TenderNed by 12 October 2026 at 11:00. A tenderer may in principle be awarded one of the five regional lots. The award weighting is 40 points for the method statement, 5 points for the CO2 management level and 55 points for price.
