Cloud environment and Microsoft licenses

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation, management and further development of a secure, reliable and scalable cloud and digital workplace environment for Stimulus, including the supply and management of Microsoft 365 E5 licences. The contract is structured as a framework agreement with one supplier, planned for 10 years with up to six one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 10:00. The bid will be evaluated on price or rates (30%) and quality: service continuity (30%), communication and cooperation (20%), implementation and transition plan (10%), and information security (10%). No bid guarantee is required. The supplier must accept the procurement documents, the ARBIT 2022 conditions, the framework agreement, the data processing agreement and all requirements in the programme of requirements.
